We don’t want to hold on to your hard earned money for too long – but we need you to tell us of any change of circumstance in time to make your room available for another lucky couple.

So – if you are booking more than three months in advance – a 50% deposit will be required.

Give us more then 3 weeks notice and you will get 50% of your deposit back.

Give us less than 3 weeks notice and you will lose your deposit.

Our dam is not fenced! No children under 12!
